Dealerships

You have to buy your Hammervan through an authorised dealer.

We pay the dealer a commission %. Basically we pay them whatever % they think is fair and reasonable and represents their normal margins on a sale. This is not a cost to the customer.

In order to become an authorised dealer, you have to meet the following criteria:

  • A business involved in buying, selling or exchanging Caravans, or Tiny Homes as a retailer
  • Based in a location / facility dedicated to selling caravans
  • Facilities for customers including waiting room area, toilets and hand over area
  • Service Centre – an appropriate service & warranty claims area
  • Undertakes handovers for both new and used and meeting industry minimum standards
  • Has appropriate facilities and carries a minimum of parts and accessories to ensure the customer leaves the handover safely. For example – hitch kits, towing mirrors, trailer plugs, tow balls, D shackles etc.
  • Appropriate weighing devices for measuring the caravan weights including tow ball
  • Business has an appropriate tow vehicle
  • Provides appropriate advice and operates in accordance with all national and state laws e.g. consumer laws, plumbing, work safe laws
  • Must hold appropriate insurances including public liability, indemnity and insurance for the factory and workers

Authorised dealers receive a % commission paid directly from the factory.

All prices quoted include that commission.
